I now feel fitter and less sluggish. I have lost weight and my strength has increased which is an amazing feeling and pushes me on more everytime I train. I have made friends while doing the 12 week Bulletproof Body Challenge and a big group of us are now signed up to do Hell and Back in the summer. Before Ciaran I was on a constant diet getting nowhere, after two kiddies I never thought I would see abs, looking in the mirror was disheartening. My biggest concern was weights. I was never one to go to the weights area of a gym and always felt intimidated and nervous of doing it wrong so I just stuck to the cardio machines. The difference with going to Ciaran has been exhilarating. I was so nervous starting but all fears quickly resolved. It's so enjoyable and such a great group of people, made great new friends. Results have been unreal, loving my new found strength which I never had before. My figure has completely changed, I feel in the best physical shape I ever have been in.

My overall strength has improved massive amounts since I joined the Fundamental Body in January, I like the way the program is set out into 3 different days, each day focuses on a different exercise and the techniques required to do them correctly. It never becomes boring. Having a trainer like Ciarán and the effort he puts into every session has helped me stay motivated and focussed towards the goals I want to achieve while been able to have the craic while training with the other members of the gym.
