Terms & Conditions

You agree that you are voluntarily agreeing to join The Fundamental Body.

Furthermore, you agree you have filled in our exercise readiness questionnaire, and disclosed any relevant information that may affect your training with The Fundamental Body.

The Fundamental Body Contract Agreement

Between the undersigned (“the client”) and The Fundamental Body for gym membership. Contract start date is the date of submission of this form, with automatic weekly renewals thereafter.

Cancellations:

A 2 week no penalty grace period applies from the date of submission of this contract whereby you may cancel the contract for any reason with no penalty.

After the initial membership, a 14 day notice period of any cancellation is required and must be submitted to The Fundamental Body via email to info@thefundamentalbody.com. Verbal communication will not be accepted.

The contract may be cancelled by The Fundamental Body without notice or reason.

Administration Fee:

Any requests to change contracts to a package of lower monetary value shall be subject to an administration fee of €50 (deducted from card).

Freezing of Auto Pay:

To freeze an auto pay, a completed requested must be submitted in writing at least 14 days in advance of the billing date to info@thefundamentalbody.com in order for the request to be effective the following period.

At the sole discretion of The Fundamental Body, each client may request 2 account freezes per calendar year. To freeze an auto pay, a completed requested must be submitted in writing at least 14 days in advance of the billing date to info@thefundamentalbody.com in order for the request to be effective the following period. A minimum period of 2 weeks (14 days) and maximum of 1 months (30 days) apply.

Missed Sessions:

Any training sessions within the weekly allowance per the membership package not completed may be carried over to complete within a 1 month period from the end of the week where a session was missed, provided a membership is still active. An active membership is one where a weekly membership fee is still being paid. Missed sessions may not be carried over instead of paying for a week. Payments may not be stopped to “catch up” missed sessions.
Any medical barrier unabling the member to attend to the classes, must be submitted in written to info@thefundamentalbody.com

Agreement To Pay Recurring Fees:

The client agrees to pay The Fundamental Body recurring fees as follows: Revolution Fitness membership per the package subscribed to via client authorized automatic credit or debit card. Payment in weekly increments by any means other than the client’s credit or debit card is not permitted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are made in case of unattended full week due medical conditions presenting doctor letter or an undue charge.

 

Please read and agree to the below terms:

(a) I agree to purchase a non-stop membership to The Fundamental Body and accept the weekly automatic renewal that will occur after the initial 1 week has elapsed unless I decide to give notification of cancellation.

(b) I agree to a weekly charge on my credit / debit card each week for the contract period and any renewals thereafter.

(c) I hereby certify that I am the named holder of the debit / credit card

(d) I understand that I will be notified if my credit /debit card payment fails to authorize for any reason, and that a €10 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit / debit card within 7 calendar days of the original rejection date

(e) I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than30 calendar days late.

I agree that I have read the terms and conditions of this contract and will abide by them.
