• What will my first time in your gym be like?

    Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, we’ll sit down with you and walk through your goals, we’ll do a quick fitness assessment with you, and we’ll walk through what you can expect.

  • CAN YOU PAY AS YOU GO?

    We do not offer pay as you go classes as we are a coaching based facility/service. This means that we work with our members closely on a daily basis to improve their overall health and help them achieve what they want. Each member goes through our beginners program to bring them up to a good standard of fitness and technique before entering the main classes. It would be unfair on our members if we allowed drop ins for this reason. There are other gyms in the Trim area who offer pay as you go classes.

  • How often do you recommend I come to the gym?

    It very much depends on your availability and your priorities at any given time throughout the year, as well as what else you are doing outside of the gym. We have different options to suit all time schedules and levels of fitness.

  • WHAT EXACTLY IS IT THAT YOU DO?

    Without the risk of sounding corny, we aim to make The Fundamental Body the best part of your day, as well as making you a better human by addressing the physical, mental and social side of health. We do this via various programs depending on your need, accountability check ins, coaching / instruction in every class, social hangouts, learning new physical and mental skills as well as much more. A lot of our members have been with us years, which must mean we are doing something right.

  • I am a complete beginner, is this right for me?

    We completely understand that nobody want to feel like the most unfit person in the class. This why we have a beginners only program which is designed just for you based on your initial assessment. We do not do generic. We take care of your needs and where you’re currently at, so you can confidently get on with your training one step at a time.
